Information collected

We collect the name, email address, mobile number, ticket selection, preferred ticket-delivery channel and consent evidence needed to process and support a booking.

How it is used

Information is used to create the checkout, confirm payment status, issue or support tickets by the selected email or WhatsApp channel, prevent abuse and communicate important event information. Payment-card details are entered directly on Yoco and are not stored by this booking application.

Protection and sharing

Information is limited to authorised event administration and service providers required to operate the booking. It is not sold. Records are retained only for operational, legal and accounting needs, then securely removed or anonymised.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the organiser through the Black Flame event channel. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a transaction.
